How Do I Create an Account?
Click the Create Account. Then simply fill out the form. Enter your name; a valid e-mail address; a password (6-12 characters); your billing and/or shipping address; your preferred shipping method; some optional personal information; and your daytime / nighttime phone number. Then click the Submit button. Rest assured, all the information you provide is safe and secure with d u g. How Do I Sign In to My duglife.com Account?
If you already have an Account with us, simply click the Sign In link in the upper toolbar. Then enter your e-mail address and password in the SIGN IN box. Click the Sign In button, and you're set. Whenever you enter and/or edit your Sign-In Information, please remember: We need a valid e-mail address as well as a daytime phone number, in case we have to contact you regarding your order.
What If I've Forgotten My Password?
If you don't remember your password, click the link below "Forget your password?" in the SIGN IN box. We can help you remember your password and (if all else fails) e-mail you a new one. (For your security, we will delete your credit card information. Please re-enter it once you receive your new password.)
How Do I Manage My Account?
If you already have a duglife.com account, simply click My d u g Account at the very top of any page. You will go to the Manage My d u g Account page. Here you can update, edit, and correct your account information. You can change your password or credit card information, change your ship-to addresses, edit your personal information, and more. Plus, you can view your order history and view (or edit) your Wish List.
What About My Credit Card / Payment Information?
When you create your duglife.com Account, you will have the chance to enter your credit card information. This information is optional. However, if you do provide it, you'll enjoy faster, easier checkout for your duglife.com orders. Simply enter your (valid) credit card number, expiration date, and Card Verification Value (CVV). Enter your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Enter a daytime phone number (with area code), in case we have to contact you regarding delivery problems. That's it! What About My Ship-To Addresses?
You can enter and store multiple ship-to addresses, so you will have them handy during the checkout process. Simply click the link for my ship-to addresses under My Account. Then enter the addresses you'd like us to keep on file...to help make shopping even faster and easier.
Can I Change My Password?
You may change your password any time you wish, for any reason. (See change my password under My Account.) Just be sure you enter your current password before you enter your new one. (This is for your security.)

What Is My Wish List? How Do I Put Items Into It?
Your Wish List is your own personal record of duglife.com products you'd like to own. You can share your Wish List with friends and family, so they'll know what you want for birthdays, holidays, or anytime! Whenever you find an item you like at duglife.com, simply click the Save to Wish List button. The product will automatically be added to your personal Wish List. To share your Wish List with friends, go to My Wish List and click the Share With a Friend button.
How can I place an order?
d u g believes in simplicity and has made it super simple to order online. Orders can be placed via the website www.duglife.com For assistance with trouble shooting placed orders, please visit our customer service page and select the option best for you.
How do I track my order?
You may track your order by logging into the My Account section, or by entering the order number and billing zip code in the Customer Care section. Once logged in, you will be able to click on the tracking information.
What does it mean when my order is "Being Processed?"
Orders that have not shipped are marked as Being Processed.
How do I change my password?
To change your password, simply log into My Account and choose the Change Password option. Where is my order? Log into My d u g Account to check the shipping status. Once the order ships, you will receive an email confirmation which will contain a tracking number. For any questions or concerns regarding your order, please feel free to contact us.
How do I know if an item is in-stock?
duglife.com will display and out of stock sticker online, with the expected in stock date, if an item is not available.
Do I need to pay sales tax?
Sales tax is charged for all customers located in the states of New York and Texas. The tax rate is based on the county where you live. The rates vary from 0% to 5.5%. In some counties of New York State, there is no sales tax for individual clothing items under $110. If you are required by your location to pay tax, it will be calculated automatically in the last step of the checkout process.
New York has a tax-free week. If I place my order during that week, but it doesn't ship during that week, will I be charged tax?
Sales tax will not be charged on any orders that are placed during tax-free week, regardless of when they ship.
How can I cancel my order?
Once an order shows that it is "Shipped," we cannot cancel it.
How will my order be shipped?
We will ship your order via FedEx. Shipping is FREE for ALL U.S. orders of $75.00 or more, prior to shipping charges.
When will I receive my order?
Orders for in-stock items are shipped within 6 – 10 business days. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email confirmation including a tracking number. Below is information about shipping methods and transit times.
Part of my order is bakordered. Will you ship what you have or will I have to wait for the entire order?
We will ship the portion of your order that is in-stock. We will contact you to let you know what item is on backorder so you have the option to change color and style if you'd like.
Are international orders sent with free shipping?
Due to the high cost of shipping international orders, we are unable to offer free shipping on international orders.
