How Long Will it Take to Process My d u g Return
Please allow 2 - 3 weeks from the time you ship your return. During this time, depending on which option you've chosen, we will process your refund, credit your credit card, or handle your exchange. Once the return/ exchange is processed, we will notify you via email, if one has been provided. If you requested a refund, we will process it using the original payment method. If your refund s being applied to your credit card, it may take 1 - 2 billing cycles, before your credit will appear on your credit card statement.
If your return or exchange is beacuse you changed your mind, or to switch sizes, you are responsible for return shipping fees. Returns and exchanges made due to errors on our part, are covered in full by d u g . If you've opted for an exchange, you are responsible for the shipping fees on the exchange order. For International exchange orders, additional customs fees may apply.
